Hyatt Place Ottawa West

The buffet was excellent, the hotel is modern and clean! But what made our stay extra special was the whole vibe of the hotel! We have been to many hotels traveling for hockey and this is the best hotel we’ve been to ! The whole staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and I’ve never felt so at home in a hotel before! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. I had teen boys with me, the staff was incredibly kind to them and they didn’t want to leave the hotel . Will rebook without hesitation!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated being able to share food with my 7-month-old baby (without salt). They also provided a crib for my baby, which was ready in the room when we arrived—a very thoughtful detail. They were very welcoming to my two small dogs, even providing water in the lobby for them, which was a nice touch. The parking was convenient, and the location was fairly good, close to the highway. Plus, there’s an excellent restaurant just across the street that I loved. The only downside was the bed—the mattress was extremely soft, so I wasn’t able to sleep properly.

Virtually everything - the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and well set up. Facilities were also good sized, clean and well maintained. Check In was great - friendly and fast (thank you, J). Check out was also quick. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety and hardworking staff on site. Parking was easy and free.. Would highly recommend and would return to stay myself.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Ottawa and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, always addressing my needs with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the housekeeping team keeping everything pristine and well-organized. One of the standout features was the free parking, which was a great convenience and made my stay much more enjoyable. The room was incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort makes it a great choice for a stay in Ottawa.

The hotel's aesthetically amazing! It's also immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff is very accommodating, kind and helpful as well. We really had a great stay! Thank you Hyatt! Will book again.:-)
